Most Recommended Vaping Reviewers

When I first started vaping I read and watch a lot of reviews (mostly watching) and that is basically one of the reasons I got hooked into vaping. There's probably a lot of video reviews related to vaping on YouTube but there are some that I really liked the most and I want to share that here. So without further ado, here's my top/best/great/most etc vaping-related video reviewers.

Vape Update: Vape Setups

Wow! It's been months since I've last posted! What can I say, I got too busy with important stuffs. It's been almost a year now since I've started vaping all I can say is it's been a blast!

So... update, update. Since my last post The Titan, up to now I'm still rocking with it. It's powerful, lightweight and it does the job well. A couple of months ago, when I've just started on RDA's, I had the Zeus RDA on top of the Titan. It's no longer with me, I sold it a couple of weeks after I got the Titan.

The next RDA that I bought was the Pride v2 by Underdog Customs, it was great, it was cool-looking but I had to let it go. Next thing I bought was the Fatty v2 by Chris Creations, I still have this thing of beauty with me, but it's now collecting dust in my vape kit, why? The reason is because of the Immortalizer v3 by Chiefvapers. Oh man, oh man! This thing has made my vaping experience up to the next level. The flavor is intense, the build was quite easy and the vapor, well let's just say it's not its forte.

The Immortalizer + Titan had been my perfect setup and as of now, it's still the setup I prefer... at home. Hehe. I have a second setup in my vape arsenal, Pulse + Kayfun Lite. The pulse is a real looker and for its size (18350) it hits like a champ, well maybe not as hard as the Titan, but it still gets the job done. Now, the Kayfun Lite is a sure keeper. The flavor is on par with the Immortalizer. Yeah, the vapor is on the cooler side, but it still is a great vape.

I usually bring both setups with me whenever I go out, but I always use the pulse+kfl since it's much less of a hassle because I don't have to drip every single time. But it's always a good idea to bring a backup. I remember one time I only brought the pulse+kfl and when I'm about to take a toot, it was just then that I realized that I forgot to put the battery on and I was left craving the whole day. lol

ANYWAY, the things that I've said above are just based on my experience and personal preferences. I'm not saying the Titan or the Immortalizer are the best vape gear out there, I'm just saying that for me, it's been the best setup that "I have tried". As for the e-juices I'm currently vaping right now, I'll just save it for another post.

Happy vaping guys and vape hard!

The Titan by Vapehead Origins

*phew* It's been a while since my last post. I've been really busy at work and I totally forgot about this blog. So, I have a lot of things to catch up. So, where do I start... Ah! Yes. My last post was finding the Finding the Perfect Mod, so for an update I give you, the Titan by Vapehead Origins.

So what can I say about this mod? Solid.

The Titan is an aluminum telescopic personal vaporizer with copper negative and positive pins and unique and easy locking mechanism.

I've held several mods for the past few months and I can say that aluminum is the mod for me. Yes, I know you really have to take good care of it since aluminum is more prone to dents compared to stainless steel or brass mods. But one thing I like about it is the power, because we all know aluminum is better in conductivity compared to ss and it's lightweight so I don't find it too heavy when I put it on its Aegis clip and hang it around my neck.

There is an issue with the Titan's finish though. I was one of the lucky ones in the third batch that got the Titan. Its original finish is a nickel plated finish (the one shown in the image above). The problem with it is the plating fades, so what they did on the third batch is they gave it a sandblasted nickel-plated finish to resolve the issues on fading but... after a few weeks, a lot of those units suffered bubbling of the plating.

The best thing about Vapehead Origins is their after sales support. For those who have these kind of problems with the finish, they offered them strip-to-metal free of charge. So the recent batches now have bare aluminum finish, no nickel plating.

And just, I think, a month ago they released upgrades for the Titans. They're now offering brass topcaps and brass firing buttons with custom engraved. Add to that are the anodized sleeves/body tubes. They currently have red, blue, black, goldish orange, gold, green, pink and clear anodized sleeves.

You can order these upgrades through their website, vapeheadorigins.com.

What else can I add... ah yes, the performance. I've been using this mod for months now and I'm really satisfied with it that I didn't have any plans on selling it to buy a new one. Luckily, I didn't have the bubble issue and even if do have, they're just pimples to me and I just call it a battle scar!

Even when I'm vaping at 3.2volts the Titan is still firing incredibly and can still produce huge vapors. The only time you'll find out that your battery is running low is when it actually doesn't fire anymore. So if you ask me if I'll ever replace my Titan? Never... but I didn't say I can't add a new mod like, let's say Cronus by Vapehead Origins? Hahaha!

Finding the Perfect Mod

I'm craving for a bigger gun now. Sure my mini pv already satisfies me but of course I want to try something bigger... and the search is on!

There are actually plenty of candidates to choose from. Big names like ProVari, GGTS, Juggernaut etc. Problem is, those mods are too expensive for our budget.

I've been browsing for days and have found some nice mods that I personally like. UDC SE SS by Underdog Customs, Mortar v5 by EMI, Curves by APV. I'm more inclined in buying Pinoy Mods for several reasons. One, because I'm pinoy and I want to support my fellow pinoy. Two, the quality of pinoy mods are actually great as well. Three, it's easier to contact the modders since they're just a few kilometers drive away just in case there's a problem with the unit.

Out of the three mods, the UDC Pro has a bigger appeal to me. I've been holding myself from ordering coz I wanted my wife's approval first since it's actually her weddig anniversary gift to me. Another thing that's been bugging me is the issue with the mod, missfires and heating of the firing pin. The modders said they're gonna release a better version of the firing pin so that's what I was actually waiting for.

My mind has already been set in getting the UDC Pro SS or Aluminum version until I saw the Titan. The Titan v1.5 is created by VapeHead. I really love how this beast looks. The lock feature is quite unique, not the typical screw type lock found on most fullmech mods. And based on the test they made, this thing has 0.01 voltage drop.

I quickly fell in love with the Titan. Unfortunately, all resellers have ran out if stock. So I have to wait for the 3rd batch. But it bothered me when they officially announced that there's only gonna be 200units to be released this february.

So last sunday, I went to W Vape Otis to reserve a unit! I really want to have one before we go to Laguna. I really hope I could get the serial # 127. It's gonna be perfect if VHO can grant my request, it's signifies Jan. 27 our wedding anniversary it will really mean a lot to me and my wife.

Now that I'm just waiting for my Titan to arrive, I kinda feel bad everytime I see a UDC Pro mod. It feels like I've cheated the mod. Lol. Hopefully in the future I can save up money and buy a UDC Pro since I really love the aesthetics of the mod and hopefully by that time they've already mastered the mod and reinvent a better version.

The Two Weeks Mark

Alright, I've reached my two weeks mark. It's like what, day 19th? This is more than just a simple addiction now, I think I kinda love vaping. For some, vaping is like their way to stop smoking and eventually they will quit vaping as well. But for others, it's more than that.

A while ago I watched one of GrimmGreen's video about this matter. For him, vaping is his "alternative" to smoking. And his goal is to stay away from smoking and he'll continue to vape. As for me, vaping have been a totally different experience and it's more than just a "way to quit smoking" or an "alternative way for smoking".

My sister and my cousin vapes, too. But that's about it. When my wife got me an eGo type pv, I quickly browsed for mote info and I've found one thing. There's actually a vaping community which continues to grow. A community that helps each other. It's a community that shares a hobby and that is vaping.
